Back to update abit..

Details of the AD is getting more & more fianlised.. :)

Stuffs done over the past week includes:

1) Confirm picture to be used on wedding menu.

2) Wedding cakes would be delivered to my place my 12noon tomorrow, & to be sent house by house.. :)

3) Jiemei(s) gate crash plans.. *evil chuckle*

4) Hair re-dyed & trimmed neat..

5) Church wedding practices - twice over the past week..

Come Sunday, meeting with Auntie Denise for AD church decorations..

Wow wow wow!!! Busy Busy Busier week ahead!!!

Dizzy with happiness for today/now!!! :D

Headed down to the studio to collect the photos last night, & i'm so over-the-moon now.. :)

Mommy's comment: 哇! 郎才女貌!!

I was just telling her: 哇! 没想到我其实也可以酱美 hor??

She replied: 你本来就是美的lor!! 只是搞不懂为什么老是觉得自己不美!

Then, even Dajie also commented: 哇!! 很美!! 很sweet leh.. :)

Daddy only saw the portrait - the one thats gonna be our 床头照, & said:

Hmmm.. 美leh! 赶快拿去收好它! 小心点! 千万不要敲到!

Frankly speaking, i nearly cried when i first saw the photos lor!! It turned out better than i thought it would be ok!!

Can anyone understand the happiness in me???!!!

Talking about AD, that reminds me..

By now, most of you must have received my invites be it via mail or by hand...

As for those who have not - i'm sorry...

I've tried calling you all, but there was no answer/reply from you at all..

I'm seriously deprived of time to sit down there just to call you guys.. If you have the heart/or if you were least interested - (sorry if i appeared blunt) having seen missed calls from me earlier last month, you should have bothered to call back right? So for those who did not, once again, i'm sorry.. :)

It time of the month again...

I'm feeling uber tired, & the discomfort in my tummy is just doing me in... Sigh... :( :( :(

Hopefully, & judging from the current date, there is some chance that i'll be menses-free on my AD, which somehow provided some comfort, at the thought of it.. :)

Anyway, my parents went with us to 真真, in Parkway to place orders for the 喜饼, (26 boxes) which will be delivered to my place next Saturday... :)

I'll be back for more updates once i get more information confirmed ya? :P

The time has come...

Time for us to finalise on the guest list, church practice dates, 喜饼delivery date, album collection date (tbc by the everything-also -so-slow-mo studio) etc etc...

Butterflies in my mouth now... Opps!!

Alright! I better be off for now becoz it's taking me longer than usual to update this entry!

I'm getting increasing cheesed off with the Receptionist here..

I'm getting highly irritable now... That PRC has been doing nothing, NOTHING AT ALL for the past few weeks, & i'm left alone to battle never-ending, mountains of work!!!

I haven't been doing filing, for the past 2 weeks or so, & the invoices/Purchase Orders are piling up & he hasn't been helping a teeny weeny bit..

Fridays and Mondays are the busiest, (Tuesdays - Thursdays are busy as well) but even so, he is NOT EVEN HELPING AT ALL LORS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

All he did was his module assignments, going to the toilet, for lunch, & surfing the net...

You say i angry or not???!!!!

I mean, even if you don't want to help with the orders, surely you can do the simplest filing of invoice bah??

Then, there is the Receptionist, who really can choose the 'right & best' time to go on leave...

Eg:

-right after Pay Day..

- Mondays/ Fridays - long weekend mah..

- School Holidays - she can be gone for 1 whole week!!

And now, she is bugging & pestering me to tell her my leave plans, which is getting on my nerves...

I mean, why should i?? Am i the only human in the whole damn company?? And that i die die MUST stand in for her???

This is what happened on Monday:

That reception was on AL, & PRC A.W.O.L..

So i went to tell the HR manager that i don't think i can stand in for Recept duties.. So, he told me that he would make special arrangements...

He ICM-ed me later & asked if i could stand in from 4-6pm because i 'shouldn't skip reception duties just because that PRC is not here..'

Deep in my heart, i was thinking lor - if i helped, then my sending out of SOA's would be delayed - it was the first working day of the month, but why can't he understand that i was really really really busy???

So, reluctantly, i obliged...

I hurriedly rush out whatever last minutes orders on hand, & by the time i took over the reception duties, it was already 1615...

Immediately, i had to sort the incoming mails, couriers, & frank outgoing mails... It sent me thinking... Why can't the girls before me sort them out???

Why must it be me???? Why???!!!

Why is it that they can arrange for different ladies to stand in at the Recept in the mornings when that woman is on AL, but not in the afternoons???

Why must it be me to take the 1330 -1800 slot???

Reason is very simple - mornings are the busiest in my dept, & by afternoon, all the work 'can wait' till the next day - which means that my workload would double up, but the timeline still remains the same...

Can someone tell me how to continue working in such an environment??

I desperately need to get out of this hell place...!!
