It was been a really busy morning, probably the busiest morning i had ever since i joined the company...

To me, it was a good thing, to be busy & to have something to do & keep me occupied.. Time passes faster this way don't it..?? =D

But, when it comes to the noon time, when i finished all the work i was assigned, & found nothing i could do, can't i even surf the net to kill boredom??? Am i wrong to do it?? Its not as if i left all my work unattended to, & just surf & surf the net what..

I still do whatever that comes to me as & when, & i always made sure i don't bring over any work to the next day, be it letters, couriers, updating the attendance book, copier paper book, updating of franking dockets etc...

Mr Black Face instructed me to off all the lights during lunch to save costs.. But Mr Cup Noodles asked me to leave the lights on, so people won't trip & fall in the darkness.. So which is which??? I don't know, & i do not understand what they want of me... )=

The thing is, if i fulfill & complete whatever i am tasked to do, why am i not allowed to surf the net since i am not allowed to read story books either???

No storybooks, no surfing of net.. No work to do (i even went to the extend of asking around if anyone needs my help like filing, data entry, typing of letters or whatever work i could find) but none of them had the work that i could do, as most of the work needed the usage of our in-house system, which i have no access to, coz i wasn't given the rights to...

Can you imagine that i was so bored to the extend that i swept & mopped the floor after seeing that the floor was covered with dust, after the renovation guys left @ about 5pm.. The cleaning auntie, (whose shift ends @ 4pm daily) says that she would sweep & mop it when she reports to work the next day.. But, i SWEPT & MOPPED it... I did it ok!! Can anyone believe it?? I even went to do a cleaner's job!!!

Frankly, i always take the initiative to do the things that are not within my job scope.. I see it, i do it, & i do it with a very willing heart... =D

The next day, the cleaning auntie thanked me profusely.. =D

But of course, there are people who commented that i was being nosey to do that... o_O

If i can't surf net, can't read books, can't mop the floor, then what can i do?? They can't possibly be asking me to stare into blank space right..???

Why this company so many weirdos???

I love hate the company...!!
