Finally its Thurday..(=

I'm just one day away from breaking free from the emotional torture, where i can have my well-deserved break & recharge over the weekend, like fianlly!!!!

The new girl, who was actually scheduled to come in yesterday, pon-tang-ed... Was supposed to come in today, but she MIA-ed again... )=

Am quite concerned about it, because, Cec is scheduled to leave by 25th, & i'll be leaving by end of August... If the new girl still doesn't come in anytime soon, then how is she supposed to cope...?? Can't rely on Bib to teach her, because Bib is also very new herself!!! She used to be under Danny's care, but after some inter-re-shuffle, she would be taking over Cec...

With my upcoming departure, & if the new girl still doesn't come in, DHL would prolly be in dire straits, because without a proper hand-over, how would you expect the new girl to cope well..??? At the end of the day, if she cannot take it, she's bound to leave... But if everything is hand-over-ed properly, @ least we can minimize the chances of her leaving right...???

So when i asked Danny about it, he bluntly replied, in a not-very-nice tone:

Me: ''Boss'' (since he wanted us to address him as one) is the new girl coming???

Danny: its none of your business...

Me: Huh??? If not now then when..??

Danny: when is your last day...??

Me: think it'll be by end of Aug bah...

Frankly, i find him very contridicting, because, if in the very first place, he said it was none of my business, when the new girl is coming in, then why bother to ask me when would be my last day...???

Me: end of August i think...

Me: i need to do a proper hand over mah!!!

Danny: then you go & ask Adeline (my direct superior) lah!!!

In my heart, i was thinking to myself:

you guys are supposed to do the interview you know!!!

I just stared @ him, with nothing else to say....=_='''

Can you imagine????!!!!

I called Adeline, & she told me to just ignore Danny, & that she would chase them for my replacement soon... Apparently, she didn't like the way Danny does things either... Hahaha...!!!

Frankly, (i think) no one can work here for long.. Every single movement is soooooo closely monitored... Danny & Sally are such control freaks, & thats what the turn-over rate here is sky high!!! In our 1.5 months here, we've seen @ least 10 departures, & the never-ending ongoing interviews... Its freaking scary, considering the fact that his company is sooooooooooo tiny...!!!!

Hopefully, the new girl will not suffer the same fate...:D
